Deborah
Oberle, President
President
for nine years. Treasurer
for two years prior and a fostering volunteer since 1991. She
has a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from
Eastern Michigan University. She was a national account manager
for Hill's Pet Nutrition and currently owns a local Golf
Consulting business. Debbie is a life long resident of
Livingston County.

Hulyk, Vice President
Elected to the Board in June of
2004. John works in
finance for Brighton Commerce Bank of Brighton, Michigan.
Active volunteer for the HSLC’s annual dinner dance and
former capital campaign major gifts volunteer.
Currently serves on the public relations and special
events subcommittee of the board.

L. Shelp
Elected to the Board in June of
2003, and serving as the Treasurer of the HSLC since June 2003.
He has been a resident of Livingston County since the since the
summer of 1987. Formerly
President and CEO of Franklin Bank and Franklin Bancorp
headquartered in Southfield Michigan. Married to Ruth Shelp.

Dr. Lisa Lembke DVM

veterinarian with the Humane Society of Huron Valley in Ann
Arbor. Currently in
private practice as owner of Green Oak Veterinary Clinic.

to the Board in 2007 and volunteer since 1993. Jay is a former
Powertrain Engineering Manager at Chrysler LLC headquartered in
Auburn Hills, Mi. He earned Bachelor and Masters Degrees in
Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University. Former
member of Oak Point Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

MacArthur
Elected
to the Board in 2007. Mark
is a Financial Advisor and Chartered Retirement Planning
Counselor at Fidelity Investments.
He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and a
Master of Science from Lawrence Technological University.
Mark lives in Brighton with his wife Erika and son
Christopher.
